Meet Susan

Susan Keifer is the founder and principal decorator at To a T Interiors located in Potomac, Maryland. Upon opening her business in 2008, Susan fulfilled a life-long passion for creating attractive, clutter-free spaces. "For as long as I can remember, I have loved decorating and then redoing my own spaces - be it a dorm room, apartment, townhouse or single family home", says Susan. ''I'm also incredibly organized, and a self- confessed 'neat freak'. People often ask me about my organizational methods and are amazed when I can find a requested paper or file in a matter of seconds. Once I found out there was a name to what I like to do - interior redesign - and people in need of organizing services, I knew this was the perfect fit for me!"

Susan has taken courses to supplement her innate talents. She is a certified Interior Redesigner and Color with No Regrets™ consultant through training with recognized industry leader JoAnne Lenart-Weary. She is a member of LINK - Benjamin Moore Paint's network of professionals who adhere to the company's rigorous standards of excellence and customer service. Susan has also trained with INTERIORS by Decorating Den on window treatment products and in home organizing techniques with leaders in the professional organizing industry.

Susan's decorating philosophy is to listen to your needs and honor how you want to live in your home. She understands the importance of marrying the aesthetics of decorating with a functional living space. That means she neither caters to the latest trends nor sacrifices comfort for what looks good.
